A very interesting poll result!
I was especially surprised by the Fieldfare vote!
Mia is right Charlotte – the results are interesting – personally I love all owls, with the sawhet being among my favourites. But the snowies – hmmm they are so special. We see them once in a while when food in the Arctic is scarce… and they come this far south. One year a long time ago I saw a fence line with a snowy on every post for about ten posts… that was something I’ve never seen before or since and sticks indelibly in my memories. Happy New Year Charlotte – it’s such fun reading your blogs and seeing what you post. Best wishes to you and your whole family.
Owls always seem to be a crowd pleaser.
